Full range water-based textile coating compounds
  • Formalized processes for raw material vendor selection and assessment
  • Requirements on critical raw materials for vendor Certificates of Compliance
  • Inbound verification testing of key raw materials in our state-of-the-art testing laboratories

At Aurora we believe in the up-front control of our processes to consistently meet the product requirements as opposed to after-the-fact testing and evaluation.
  • Continuous in-process testing of critical, specified physical characteristics in our Quality Assurance laboratories which are outfitted with a complete line of analytical equipment
  • SPC charting performed by our operating/production personnel
  • Gamma gauge coat weight monitors on our coating lines
  • Contamination-free, environmentally controlled final rewind area for those products requiring a high level
    of cleanliness
