Dye Sublimation Fabrics

Aurora currently offers several styles of heat set, 100% polyester fabrics for dye sublimation printing. Fabric weights range from 3 oz/square yard to 9oz and widths range up to 122”. We will continue to add new styles to this line to offer a wider range of textures, weights and looks.

D82501 (82/50)

  • Super light weight and sheer.
  • Made with spun polyester yarns that
    create the look and feel of a cotton “muslin” cloth.
D84201 (84/28)

  • Mid-weight, oxford style weave of polyester for a canvas-type look in a dye sublimation fabric
D54301 (250D)

  • Tightly woven with filament polyester yarns for a semi-sheer, smooth, glossy surface.
D66401 (66/42)

  • Bright white, spun polyester yarns with a tight weave create a fabric with the look and feel of fine cotton table linens.
D14801 (140/80)

  • A very flat, smooth surface with a slight “satin” finish makes a superior surface for image reproduction.
  • Semi-sheer
D52340 (52/34)

  • A substantive cloth with a distinct weave texture, good hand and drape characteristics.
D58301 (58/36)

  • Extremely heavy-duty polyester fabric with a coarse surface texture.
D68301 (70/30 Plain Weave)

  • Tightly woven with spun polyester yarns, this fabric truly looks and feels like cotton with excellent drape and hand.
D68302 (70/30 Twill)

  • This “twill” weave fabric is made with spun polyester yarns and has all the characteristics of cotton.
  • Looks and feels like well-worn denim.
D12701 (FR Sateen)

  • This super-soft, luxurious fabric is woven with yarns made from inherently fire retardant polyester fiber.
  • Excellent look and feel meeting the NFPA 701 flammability standard.
